All cancelations & refund requests must be submitted by using our Region 39
Cancellation & Refund Request Form.
We understand there are a number of reasons for which a family may need to cancel a registration. AYSO and our Region incur significant expenses for every player well before practice begins in August. Therefore, we ask that you carefully read and understand the refund policy prior to submitting your registration.
Any player who withdraws from the program may be entitled to a refund.
Specific dates below shall be adhered to in order to correctly respond and apply refund requests.
The refund dates have taken into consideration unrecoverable costs which may include but are not limited to player insurance, uniforms and other such fees.
All cancellations are subject to a $20 Processing Fee.
Non-Refundable Fees - NO EXCEPTIONS
* The National AYSO Player Membership Fee of $25.00
* Any and all transaction or processing fees.
Your Region does not collect or retain these fees. Upon payment they are routed directly to
AYSO National and our software platform vendor, respectfully.
Your agreement to this policy must be acknowledged when you register your child.
Therefore any refunds issued will be less these fees.
Notification to Cancel Registration and Refund Requests
To notify the Registrar that you wish to cancel your child's registration and to request a refund, CLICK HERE.
The registering parent/guardian is required to complete the Cancellation/Refund Request Form
in order to process any cancellation or refund.
Forms are timed stamped at the time that they are submitted electronically.
Please allow three to six weeks for processing of all cancellations and refunds.
The Region reserves the right to determine the method in which any refund is issued.
All checks expire six months from the date that they are written.
Fall Refund Policy
Before July 15
Cancellation/Refund Request Form must be submitted no later than July 14 11:59:59
Full Refund of fees paid less the $25 National AYSO Membership Fee, $20 Processing Fee and transaction fees charged.
July 15 - 31
Cancellation/Refund Request Form must be submitted no later than July 31 11:59:59
Partial Refund - 50% of fees paid less the less the $25 National AYSO Membership Fee, $20 Processing Fee and transaction fees charged.
No refunds will be issued after July 31st.
Important Notice
NO Refunds will be issued to players who have participated in practice before the start of the first game - no exceptions.
Refund Policy rules apply for those parents requesting refunds for not being placed with a specific coach, a specific practice date, time or location, broken bone or injury of any kind, or not understanding that Spring season is only played on Sunday.
Credit Card Disputes
If you wish to dispute the charge on your credit card for whatever reason, including the National and administrative platform fees, please first notify the Registrar. If you dispute the charge on your credit card your player will be immediately removed from the program. If you subsequently wish to rejoin the program, you will be subject to a $50 surcharge to reimburse the merchant dispute resolution fees assessed to the Region.
