Region 39 welcomes all children that meet the age requirement to play
in Ventura regardless of where you live.

Most registrations can be completed anywhere you can access the internet.
There is typically not a need to come in to our office.
Computers, laptops, Chromebooks work best.

NO REGISTRATION IS FINAL UNTIL PAID IN FULL
If a registration has been started, but not finalized by June 15 the player
is not registered and is not guaranteed a space in the program.

CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION
By submitting your registration application you agree to the following terms:
- I have truly and accurately entered my child's information, including but not limited to, their name, gender and date of birth. I understand that Ventura AYSO Region 39 reserves the right to cancel my child's registration if this information is entered incorrectly.
- I understand that I am required to submit a copy of my child's legal birth certificate or passport (to ensure that my child is placed into the appropriate division) to Ventura AYSO Region 39 and that my registration is not complete until I have done so. (Birth certificates that state "Document Verified", do not require re-submission.)
- If my birth certificate or passport was not uploaded here, I know that I must email a .jpg or .jpeg copy to [email protected] or bring a copy into the Region 39 office no later than July 15. (Open office hours are posted on the Region 39 website.)
- I understand that Ventura AYSO does not offer co-ed divisions and that my child will be placed in the appropriate division based on their gender and birth year.

must be uploaded or emailed to birthcerts@ayso39.org or bring in the original document during one of our Walk-in Registration times. Birth certificates are used for verification purposes only; this ensures players are placed in the correct divisions. We do not keep copies of these documents on file. |
| HOW TO REGISTER |
Getting Started
Returning Families - Click on "LOGIN" located in the upper right corner. Please do not create a new account if you are registering a returning player.
New Families - Click on "Register Now" located in the upper right corner. |
- Begin by creating your account, entering your (Parent/Guardian) information first.
- Once your account has been created you will be able to add your child's (Player/Participant) information.
- After you have entered your child's information you will select the division that you are registering for. If you are registering multiple children, you will need to do this for each child.
- You with then need to complete the registration for each child.
- If volunteering as a Coach or Referee you can submit your Volunteer Registration Form during the registration process.
NOTE: Our system allows you to create a "Family Account"; additional Parents / Guardians, etc. can be invited to the family account by the primary account holder. This allows both parents to view and receive information.
